I spent some time in the kitchen today. First I made a dish from my cooking course then I made ice cream. I made Potato & Leek Soup. I used the vegetable stock I made last week and put in some potatoes and leek and voila I had a soup. It tastes fantastic! I had a little for lunch and a cup for dinner.
Then I made chocolate ice cream. I mean chocolate ice cream. It is SO fudgy and chocolatey. It is like eating a brownie in ice cream form.
