I have adopted a drain in the neighborhood. That means I need to clear out the leaves and junk from the drain before it rains so the street doesn't flood. I have been doing it voluntarily for years but now I am doing it voluntarily as part of a program. Today Lucky was my helper.
It was an overcast and rainy day all day. It keeps raining.

LOL, I had a citizen who adopted a drain once. He called my office at city hall 4 times a month demanding the city come clean his drain.
