VEGAN DESSERT SMORGASBORD

I made some great vegan lemon cookies today.  They are great.  I used some lemons from my lemon tree.  They were super easy to make and will be a hit at my parties.

Tonight I had my friends J, G and E over to my home.  First they took me to a vegan Chinese restaurant, then we came back to my house.  We had a vegan dessert smorgasbord: chocolate cheesecake with raspberries, lemon cookies, shortbread cookies, peanut butter cups, and chocolate bark.  I got a thumbs up for everything but of course the peanut butter cups were given two thumbs up!
