SALAD WITH A FRIEND

It is hot today.  I mean hot.  It is almost November and it is almost 90 degrees at 1 pm.

It is only going to get hotter today.  Those are the inside and outside temperatures.  It is SO hot in the house I am sweating.

I decided to go get a salad for lunch with my friend H.  It was so hot I just needed a cold lunch and cold iced tea.  I walked home and had a iced cold protein shake.

By the way, the black cat appeared in the backyard today.  I didn't see it hiding in the backyard but Happi did!  She chased that interloper out of her space!  Then she barked "And don't come back!"
