FALAFEL AND BACKYARD

Today I did two things. I made some good food and I set up my new outdoor table set.

I made quinoa tabbouleh and falafel.

Then I set up my new table and chairs. I can't wait to sit in the backyard with an ice tea and just relax.

Maybe tomorrow I will eat a pita pocket out in the backyard!

Until tomorrow...

  1. Yummm that meal looks good! Will you share your recipes for falafel and quinoa tabbouleh?

Your new umbrella table and chairs are really nice, Adrienne. And that gorgeous Japanese maple in the foreground made me homesick for my home in the mountains. We have three of them, and I love them so...

    1. Hi Wren

The Quinoa Tabbouleh recipe is located at http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/Quinoa-Tabbouleh-395939

The Falafel was a box mix. I was skeptical at first but it was fairly good and once I put the tabbouleh and hummus on it, it was great. I got them really crunchy! The were from that company Near East. http://www.neareast.com/#products/falafel

Even Brenda liked it and she has never eaten a falafel in her life!

Today I made my lunch and took my kindle down and had lunch sitting at my new table by the pond listening to the water bubble, reading Robin Roberts book and sipping iced tea! It was heaven.
