I woke up and went over my primary doctor's appointment. He checked my bruises out. He confirmed that nothing was broken. He thinks that I hit my spine very hard and that caused some temporary nerve issues that seem to have dissipated. He also said that my contusions were deep and the bruises are now coming out as the blood is seeping to my spine area.
He thinks my progress has been good so far and in another week I will be much better. He thinks in 12 days I will be in really good shape. If I am not he will do what he can to help out. I have a follow appointment in a month.
I came home and took a long bath.
