Last evening I was hungry so I ate a big bowl of pasta. Boy was that a mistake.
About 6 hours later it made a reappearance. I vomited for hours and
then it started coming out the other end. I have not been this
miserable in years.
I laid on the couch and in bed all day. I had a headache and stomach ache. I tried to drink tea, ginger ale, and broth.
I watched TV all day except when I had to run to the bank to pay a bill. It was torture to go.
Until tomorrow...
