Blog Challenge Day #59

What is an important lesson you learned recently?

I learned that I have already learned to relax more and that I am less tense.  This was a good thing to learn.  I learned that I hold my stress in my gut.  I need to deal with my stress in a more effective way.  Meditation or yoga would help.   Holding stress in your gut is not a good thing because it causes all kinds of issues.

So I need to work on this.
