STRAY DOG?

Today is another hot day. I took Lucky for another long walk with the dog stroller. We walked 3k steps. That is 1.5 miles and half of it uphill. I was sweating when we got back. I had a few minutes before I had to go to physical therapy. 

At therapy I ran into my neighbor at my physical therapy appointment. He was at OT because of his stroke. He was surprised to see me. 

I got a text from a neighbor because he found a stray dog. Then I got a second text stating the dog is being used as a decoy, as the person with the dog steals packaged. No one suspects a guy with a dog.
