To continue on the medical webinars, I attended a webinar about Neck and Back Pain. It was super technical and spoke about spine surgery a lot. I didn't get much out of the webinar, to be honest. I have a bad back but I will not have spine surgery. I have family members who are in more pain after the surgery.
Today was Spirit Day and also my anniversary of the day I received the keys to my home. I wore purple for Spirit Day.
