In the evening I had a phone call with a friend of a friend who used to own a chocolate business. He had his chocolate business for one year before he closed it down. As he admitted, they tried to start big and it became too much for them considering they had full-time jobs. He gave me some very interesting information that I can use. Such as trying to figure out how many chocolates you can make so you can figure out how many orders you can take. Very helpful.
