SWEDISH PRINCESS CAKE

Today I got a small cake. It is a cake I saw some bakers make on The Great British Baking Show. It is so cute. It tastes really good. The one I bought didn't have any berry filling like they are supposed to have. I heard of a Swedish bakery nearby and I may have to go there and get another cake.

I forgot to take a photo before I cut a piece but now you can see the inside.  The yellow thing is a rose.
