Once again I did not feel very good today. Luckily I only had one meeting scheduled. After the meeting I walked to the dog on a short walk and then laid down on the couch. When I feel like this, I have this nagging feeling that I need to get up and do things. I have learned over the years to ignore that voice if I'm feeling this bad. It's more important that I rest then to push myself and feel worse the next day.
