I decided today to make a cake. I saw some Swiss rolls on a baking show and thought, I can make that. I took two recipes and combined them. I think it turned out well. It is a chocolate cake with a vegan ermine buttercream. The cake is so moist and there was too much buttercream.
It may not look great but it tastes delicious!!
