LIFE ALERT AND CLASSIC ROCK

Tonight I was watching or listening to the Classic Rock station on cable.  I turned around and there was an advertisement on the screen while the Rolling Stones were singing.  It was an advertisement for one of those emergency buttons, Life Alert.  I thought that was hysterical.  Since when is the classic rock station advertising Life Alert?  Are the Rolling Stones now marketing to people wearing Life Alert?  Does Keith Richards wear Life Alert?  I just thought it was funny.  Next the Rolling Stones will be providing the music for electric scooters, wheelchair lifts and Depends.

WEARING FLAT SNEAKERS

For the last few days I have been not wearing shoes or wearing flat sneakers.  You know those Converse sneakers.  Like Chuck Taylors.  I have knock off Chuck Taylors.  Mine are Target Converse One Star sneakers.  I have them in various colors.  They seem to be less painful for my ankle.  I can't figure out why but the pain seems to go away when I don't wear my supportive sneakers and shoes.  Go figure!

I have been walking pain-free for two days.  Okay a few little pains but that is much better than a few days ago when I could not walk three steps without pain.    Maybe it will stay this way for a few more weeks.

Until tomorrow...

HANDYMAN WORK STARTED

I had the handyman come today and get a ton of stuff done.

I finally got my towel rack where I wanted it.  I have had the kitchen towel hooked on the refrigerator door for years.  It is across the room from the kitchen sink.  I have always hated it but there was no towel rack.  Today the handyman installed a towel ring to hold my kitchen towel.  It is going to take a while for me to remember it is there because I keep going across to the refrigerator!  It is funny how the little things make you happy.

The handyman also fixed this weird vibration from my drier that was driving me crazy for the last 6 months.  He also fixed a toilet paper holder that I thought was going to have to be replaced.  He moved another toilet paper holder from an area where it was loose and moved it to a stud.  It looks great.  He installed a new doorbell and fixed the wiring.  He looked at a light situation but realized he could not fix it, we need an electrician.  I am really happy getting these things done.

My next door neighbor is painting his house.  He told me he was painting his house a new color.  I was happy because his house is Pepto Bismol color.  You tell me if you think the color is different. To me it just looks like a darker shade.  It is not faded yet!

HOT HOT HOT

Okay, you got it.  It is hot here.  Sweaty hot.  I had to run some errands today and I was sweaty.  I took the top down to get a brush of fresh air.  So I got a bit of a sunburn on my shoulders.  I wear a hat when the top is down so my face is not too red.  I feel it on my neck and shoulders.

It is also going to be hot tomorrow.  Even hotter.  I like it hot but my house gets really hot on the top floor.  Since I work at home it makes it hard to concentrate.  Fans, open windows, and ice pops.  That will keep me cool.  Oh, lots of water!

Until tomorrow...

VEGAN INDIAN FOOD

I went to lunch with my friend H today.  I tried vegan Indian food for the first time.  It was good but I think next time I will try another dish.  I am sure the dish was good it just wasn't tasty to me.  I would like another thing better.  I like the vegan naan.  It was so soft and warm.

I tried wearing flatter dress shoes today to see if my ankle feels better.  It did feel better until I sat at the restaurant and sat with my feet in a position that caused my ankle to get stiff.  I have a habit of sitting at tables with my feet perpendicular to the floor.  Toe pointing toward the floor.  This causes my ankles to get stiff.  Then I end up limping.  A few blocks later I feel fine but for a few blocks my ankle hurts.  I definitely felt better with the flatter shoes.  This brings up an interesting point.  Why do the flat shoes hurt less?  What could that mean?

Until tomorrow...

WINDSHIELD

This week I finally got my windshield fixed.  Over 1.5 years ago a rock hit my windshield and cracked it.  It was a 3" crack right along my windshield wiper.  It didn't go all the way through the glass and it was hard to see under the wipers, so I didn't get it fixed.  I let it just stay.  It bothered me but not enough to get it fixed.  Since it hasn't rained in the west in forever, I didn't worry about it leaking.

Then about 6 months ago it started to grow.  Bit by bit it started to sneak across my windshield.  By the time I took it in this week, it grown to about 9-12 inches across.  I felt it was starting to get dangerous.

Now I have a sparkling new windshield.  I am afraid to stick my Garmin GPS on it.  The only drawback is that it smells like stinky adhesive.  I know it will go away but in the meantime every time I close the windows I get lightheaded.  Luckily the weather has been nice.

Now I need to clean the car to make that sparkly too.  If only there weren't water restrictions...

FLAGGING

Today I went to the park to see some people flagging.  If you don't know what flagging is, it is when people dance to music while twirling flags.  The flags are mostly hand tie-dyed silk.  Most of them are beautiful.

Flagging in the Park

The music is usually old school music like Tina Turner and Annie Lennox put to a dance beat.  It is in a park so I sometimes bring my lunch and sit on a blanket and watch.  Mostly I take my camera and take photos like the photo above from last year.  Today I went late and just took photos.  I haven't looked at many of them yet but I just enjoy taking them and listening to the music.

Until tomorrow...

HANDYMAN

I contacted a handyman to come and fix some things around the house.  It has been a long time since things have been attended to and I had a long list.  One of the big things is water is leaking in at two places.  I have been slow to attend to it because there is a drought out here in the west coast and at this rate it may never rain again.  So fixing water leakage is not my top priority.  Figuring out how to keep water in my pond and keeping my plants alive, is my top priority.

The handyman looked at the construction errors and told me he could either fix the problems or can manage fixing them.  One problem is that one area of my concrete floor gets wet when it rains hard.  Different contractors told me it was the water seeping up through the concrete floor.  I never believed them because that seemed illogical.  If water was seeping why would it seep in only one place?  Then one day when it was raining I put plastic outside along the side of the house.  The floor did not get wet.  I figured the rain was leaking in from outside the house.  The handyman found a space where the tiles on the house are not meeting and the water is probably leaking in there.  Good that he found it.  Bad that it has been going on forever.  He says he can fix it.  Let's hope he doesn't have to rip out the wall or that there are termites.

The other leak is more complicated and will take removing a deck, re-tarring the roof and fixing the flashing along the gutter.  Lots of moving parts.  Thank goodness it isn't going to rain anytime soon!  For once a drought works in my favor!

The other items like fixing my toilet and drier noise will be easy to fix.  I have to go buy some lights and a new doorbell.

I am going to get the house back in shape in a few months.  Yay!

Until tomorrow...

DRAG QUEEN BINGO

Tonight I went to Drag Queen Bingo with my friend H.  I had  great time.  It has been close to 20 years since I played Bingo but it all came back quickly.  I bought a few sheets and a dauber (the thing you use to mark off the numbers).  My dauber was purple with sparkles in it.  Very special!  It was a family friendly bingo game so the drag queens had to be good.  I could have gotten in with a discount if I had dressed in drag.  I thought about it but I ran out of time.  I didn't win anything but a good time!

STAIR TREADS

The stair treads that I ordered for Happi have finally arrived!  I ordered them almost three weeks ago and the company forgot to ship them.  I kept seeing that a fed ex slip had been filled out for shipping but no shipping had occurred.  I finally after 1.5 weeks contacted them and asked what was going on.  They shipped them out the next day with a one-line apology.  If these treads weren't rated the best for dogs, I would have canceled the order.

I got the box today and put them down immediately.  They are great.  I gave Happi a treat to come down the stairs and she flew down the stairs.  I had her go up the stairs and called her down again and she flew down the stairs on her own.  She has gotten over her fear of the stairs.  The treads fixed her slipping problem and now she is good.

This makes me so happy.  I hated seeing my confident dog stand at the top of the stairs and shake in fear when she wanted to go out back to pee.  Poor thing hated me picking her up to carry her down the stairs.  I was also so worried that she would slip down the stairs when I was not looking.  Now I don't have to worry anymore.

There is peace again in the house.

Until tomorrow...

PERSONAL ASSISTANT

I have been trying to hire an assistant to help work on projects for a week now.  First I hired one through an online company.  She was a nice girl (I will call her M) but M was not a proactive person.  I asked her to call about getting touch up paint for my cabinets and she called the company.  She said the woman told her I could get the paint at Lowe's.  I checked online and there was no touch up paint for my cabinets.  I asked her to enter some information in Excel and she didn't know how to use Excel.  I asked her to enter some dates in my calendar and she missed some of my dates.  I will not be asking her back.  She was a nice girl but not for this type of task.

Then my new friend A said she needed some money so I asked her.  She could get all the tasks done but since we are friends, we talked WAY TOO MUCH.  I have to think about if I am going to ask her back to work.  I think we make better friends than having her as my assistant.

The really big problem is that I need to be prepared with projects.  I have so much work and I have to have the things ready for the assistant to do so they don't have to wait around for me to give them the next project or give them the phone number or whatever.  Maybe the biggest problem is me.  I can't let go.  I think I will try one more time.  I will be more organized this time.  Set the work and the time frame.

Until tomorrow...

NEW MEDICINE

I am taking this new medication and it makes me SO tired.  Today I took it this afternoon and tonight I fell asleep watching TV.  I just woke up for a few minutes.  I can barely keep my eyes open.  I really want this medicine in a half pill so I don't fall asleep.

Until tomorrow...

FRIENDS

Today was a very relaxing day.  I went to have brunch with a new friend. We walked to the brunch place.  I wrapped my ankle the same way as I did last night and it didn't hurt as much as it did with the ankle brace.  I am going to call the doctor and let her know.  I think this means something but I don't know what.

We had some good food and then walked to the park.  We sat in the park and talked for hours.  I put on sunscreen before we left the house but I still got sun burnt a little.  It was a very warm and sunny day.  Okay, it was a beautiful day.  We never had a moment that we didn't have something to talk about.

It was nice to meet a new friend.  Two new friends in one weekend!

Until tomorrow...

INDIAN WEDDING DANCE PARTY

Tonight I went to an Indian Wedding Dance Party. It was a blast. I went with my new friend J. He texted me this morning to say he came out of the closet. Good for him! He still wanted to go to the dance party.

I went to a local shop that had Indian clothing to see if they could help me with my sari. They were so helpful. They showed me two ways to wear it since my cloth was so short. Then they suggested I get leggings to wear underneath. So I took a trip to Target and along with other items I needed, I got leggings and some blingy sandals. Now I am not a blingy person.  So I had to have a Target employee assist me in choosing a style. We both agreed on this pair.

I got dressed early because the top is tie up the back. I asked my neighbor to come over and dress me before she went out to dinner. I put on my bangles, blingy necklace, earrings, shoes and bindi and I was ready to go.

I got to the club in time to join the processional. They did a traditional Indian wedding processional a couple of blocks from the club. In the club there was Indian music mixed with a dance rhythm.  It was not as thump-thump-thump as I thought it was going to be. I liked most of the music. I didn't like the Indian dance rap. I like rap but the dance rap just didn't work too well.  Part way through they had a short dance lesson. They also had a singer but I didn't like her. Some folks did but I thought she was a bit shrill.

I stayed for three hours. That is a lot for me. Guess what? I wrapped my ankle in an ace bandage because the blingy sandals wouldn't fit with the ankle brace.  My ankle never felt better. Okay it felt better before I tore the ligament but since then it has never felt so good.  I am going to try it again tomorrow.

I am glad I went. I had a great time. I haven't danced in years or gone to a club in years. J was fun to hang with. I did something out of my comfort zone. I went to a club on my own. That takes guts.

Until tomorrow...

SAREE OR SARI

I am going to an Indian Wedding.  Well, not a real Indian wedding but an Indian wedding dance party.  I am real excited to go to this event.  I am going to dress up in Indian attire, I hope.  Years ago my friend R gave me a very special present from India, a sari.  A sari is a very long strip of cloth -about four to nine yards in length and as wide and the loom it's made upon -that can be as colorful or plain as the wearer chooses.  A saree is sort of a drape, which is wrapped around the body.

My sari has less fabric than any other sari on youtube so I am confused on how to wrap my sari.  I have to figure it out before 9pm tomorrow when the dance party starts.

Until tomorrow..

SURGERY OR NO SURGERY, THAT IS THE QUESTION

Went back to the ankle doctor today.  My ankle has been hurting more since I have been wearing the compression socks.  I am not sure why the socks are bothering my ankle but they are.

The doctor said I don't have to wear the compression socks all the time only when I am standing for long periods of time.  I am going to talk to my primary doctor about why my legs are holding fluids.

She moved my foot around and looked at it.  I had taken photos of the spots where it hurts when I walk.  She said those were very helpful. She gave me a shot to see if that helps.

The new plan is to get a new MRI before surgery.  Yup I said surgery.  She thinks I have torn the ligament in the back part of my ankle.  I already had the ligament on the front of my ankle torn and fixed.  Now it is the back ligament that it is torn and causing pain in the front of my ankle.  I am now thinking of surgery after Labor Day.  Enjoy the summer.  It would be nice to have one summer in the last few years not in a boot or on crutches.  I can limp around a bit longer.  It will mean surgery and a boot for 6 weeks.  Boo!

The shot did nothing!  Waste of time.

Since it will be a complicated surgery she is going to have to think about it and plan for it.  I have torn a ligament or whatever that doesn't normally get torn.  Leave it to me!

Until tomorrow...

VISIT TO THE BREAST CANCER DOCTOR

I went to see my breast cancer doctor today.  She did the breast exam and found a little something. She thinks it is a cyst and fibrocystic thickness.  She did an ultra sound over and over again.  The spot hurt a bit.  She ordered my usual MRI and mammogram.  She is going to see what the MRI shows.

Oh, there is this new 3D mammogram that I can get if my insurance company will pay for it.  I think it is cool.  I will receive more radiation but what is more radiation with all the x-rays and Cat scans I have had already.  I keep saying I am going to glow when I am 90.  If the insurance company doesn't pay for it, I can pay for it out of pocket or go for the 2D mammogram.

I have to see her in 6 months instead of the usual one year.  I know I should be concerned but I have had so much chaos in my life lately that one more thing on top of the pile doesn't get me riled up.

I will go for the mammogram and MRI over the next few weeks and I will have my answer.  I am sure it will all be fine.  The power of the Tiara!

Until tomorrow...

ANKLE CONTINUING TO HURT

It has been five days since my doctor visit and my ankle is hurting more than ever.  On the other hand, since wearing the compression socks, my legs have been feeling better.  The sharp pains in my lower legs has gone away after wearing the compression socks for a long period of time.

I have not figured out the connection but I talk to my doctor on Thursday.

I got a very nice surprise today from my brother and his family.  They sent me a book of photos of their family.  I can't believe how grown up the kids look.  I feel like I have not seen them in forever.  Thank you for the lovely book!

Until tomorrow...

COMPRESSION SOCKS

I have been wearing a compression sock on my left leg for a few days now.  Today I got a compression sock for my right leg.  The end goal is to see if the sharp pain in my legs stops or decreases after wearing the compression socks for a week.  If the pain stops or decreases, then I will possibly have to wear them longer.

Let's hope the weather stays neutral these days.

Until tomorrow...

VERY VEGAN LUNCH

I went to a vegan food festival today.  It was great! I was so overwhelmed but all the choices.  Normally I go to a restaurant and there are one maybe two choices for me to eat.  Today at the festival there were about 40 choices of food for me to eat.  I literally walked around in shock looking at all the different types of food.  Burmese, Thai, Korean Barbecue, Israeli, Italian, and a bunch of desserts.

The Thai noodle place seemed like something I could get easily anywhere, so I skipped it.  The Korean BBQ seemed too spicy, so I skipped it.  The pizza looked great but I wasn't in the mood for pizza.  It was a warm day and hot pizza seemed not very appealing.  The Burmese place was in the running but I didn't really want a salad and the other dish was super spicy.  That left the Israeli hummus place.  I was worried the hummus would be too garlicky but the man explained to me that in Israel they don't put garlic in the hummus.  I tried it and he was right.  I got the mushroom bowl.  It consisted of hummus, garbanzo beans, sauteed mushrooms, tahini and some spices on top.  Then some EVO on top of that.  It was served with some super good, warm homemade pita bread.  Yum!  I wore some of the EVO home on my pants but who cared!

Then I went over to the vegan cupcake girl and bought myself not one but two cupcakes.  Chocolate cupcake with chocolate frosting and coconut cupcake with chocolate frosting.  I have not tried them yet but my mouth is watering just thinking about them.  I hear they are great.

I didn't get the vegan custard.  I don't know why.  They had all these custard sundays but none of them peaked my fancy.  I decided to go to the supermarket and get some mocha chip coconut ice cream and make my own sunday.

There was music playing at the park and the sun was out.  It was a nice afternoon.  Good food, good music, good weather.  What else could you ask for?

Until tomorrow...

RELAXATION

I spent the afternoon in my newly cleaned up backyard sitting at my picnic table under the umbrella eating my lunch and relaxing. It was so nice. The dogs were at my feet basking in the sun. Listening to the pond gurgle. It was really nice.

SMART DECISION

Today was not a great day. I think I am flaring. I felt good when I woke up but as the morning went on I got achy and got a migraine. I took medicine but that didn't do the trick right away. I tried to eat lunch but couldn't. So I went to bed and tried to sleep. I slept on and off until my helper came to finish the backyard. I let her do all the work this time.

I also got a call from a potential new client. They wanted me to take on a huge project.  I thought about it for a few moments and then I politely declined.  I need to focus on my current clients and maybe take some time off. Slow it down before I really flare. Me, making a smart decision? You bet!!

Until tomorrow...

NEEDLE AND COMPRESSION SOCKS

Today has been a day of the ankle.  I got up early and saw my ankle doctor.  She pulled out the pages of MRI photos.  She kept pointing out "see this, it means _____".  OK.  Whatever you say.  "The white means fluid on this scan but not on this scan."  There was a LOT of fluid.  She had no idea why I have so much fluid in my ankle and leg.  Then she started pushing and poking.  The part I hate the most.

Poke.  Ouch.  Poke.  I almost jump off the table.  Poke.  I want to scratch her eyes out.  Poke.  Doesn't hurt.  Humm.  Why doesn't that hurt?  I don't know.  Poke.  Eek.  That hurts. Okay you can stop anytime now.  We know it hurts.

She decided that the first step is to stick a long needle full of some fluid in my ankle.  Yeah that hurt.  Not as much as last time, so that is something.  After a few hours it was clear that the injection did not help the pain but made it worse.   I chipped the cartilage on my ankle but it is not causing the pain.  Thank goodness because fixing my ankle would require a horrible surgery.

Then because my leg has what she called "bubble wrap" under my skin, I had to go buy compression socks to wear for a week to see if they help.  The question is if the varicose veins in my legs are causing some of the pain.  I get to wear these fashionable compression socks for a week:

Sexy, huh?!

Until tomorrow...

MOVIES

Tonight I went to see the movie, Minions. It was cute. How can you no love a Minion?! It was very geared toward kids. I would give it 4 stars out of 5. I not sure the 3D was necessary.

In the past weeks I have seen a few movies. Jurassic World. I thought that was way better than I expected. I thought it would be a 2.5 but I would give it a 4.5 just for the ending.

Then I saw Inside/Out. I thought that was great! Definitely geared toward both adults and kids. I would give it a 5out of 5 stars.

Then I saw a DVD of Big Hero 6. I thought that was a cute movie with a good message for kids. I watched it with a 14 year old. He loved it. I would give it a 3.5 or 4 stars.

Then I saw Ted 2 for free. I say for free because I would never have paid for that movie. It was cute and had an actual story. It just had so much raunch that I don't find funny. 1.5 stars

That is my movie extravaganza! Thank you to my friend for going with me!!

Until tomorrow...

MRI RESULTS ARE NOT HORRIBLE

I called to get my MRI results.  The doctor rambled off a bunch of words that sounded Chinese to me.  All I heard were "ankle joint" and "cartilage ding".  It turns out that a bunch of stuff is wrong but not what I thought.  They didn't see a ligament tear.  They saw a thickened healed ligament with synovitis.  Synovitis is an inflammation of the joint lining.

There is also a cartilage ding that is 7mm long with edema on my ankle top on the inside of my ankle.  I find that weird since it doesn't hurt there. The doctor asked me if I fell down and hurt my ankle.  Not that I remember.

There is arthritis (duh) on the outside top part of my ankle.  I bet if you did an MRI of our bodies you would see arthritis on all of our joints!  There is also a weird brightness on the MRI on the inside above my ankle.  Like I have a giant bruise.  I don't have a giant bruise or a little bruise.  Or any bruise.  It is so odd.  I can't wait to see the MRI.

This was a surprising result.  So the short term plan is to inject me and try to get some of the joint swelling down.  I am not looking forward to another injection in my foot/ankle but I guess it is better than having surgery right away.   Yay!

Until tomorrow...

NEW RA DOCTOR

In the new year I got a new RA doc.  I had heard all kinds of things about her; she was cold and not very warm and fuzzy.  She was the best RA doc around.  I had a grandmotherly type doctor so I had to go through and huge transition.  I was willing to give her a trial.  She is supposed to be the top of her field and some brilliant doctor.  I think that is physician speak for cold and unfeeling.

The first meeting went well enough.  The second meeting was in the middle of an emotional time and she asked the right questions but was standoff-ish.  This was my third meeting with her and she came in the room with no file, no notepad, no iPad.  Okay, maybe that is her way.  She stood way across the room leaning on a counter.  She was only interested in whether I had decreased my prednisone.  When I told her I was still having an emotional time, she said okay but decrease soon.  Then she brought up taking another drug that I had stopped taking years ago: Plaquinel.  Then she offered to give me sleeping pills and anti-anxiety meds.  I explained that I do not like taking medications anymore than I have to.  Then we talked about my ankle surgery and she said once again that decreasing the prednisone would be helpful.  Then she said okay, well let me know how it goes and left the room.  No follow up appointment, no nothing.

It was the coldest doctor's appointment I have had in years.  Maybe she was off or maybe these are her true colors.  If this is how she really behaves, I'll take the second best RA doctor.  I want a human doctor rather than a perfect doctor.

Until tomorrow...

HAD MY MRI TODAY

I had the MRI today on my ankle.  I know this sounds weird but I like MRIs.  I fall asleep.  I find them to be very zen.  Very relaxing.  The clicking and banging is white noise to me.  I was thinking while I was in there that maybe I need a white noise machine.  My doctor gets the results tomorrow or Tuesday.

Then my helper came over and we worked on the backyard.  We are 95% done.  There is a little spot under the deck that needs to be weeded and the helper will come sometime this week and finish it.  The backyard looks great.  I didn't get enough mulch so I need to go back to Lowes and get some more.  Happi loves the mulch and ran around immediately messing it up.  We filled up the compost bin plus four 50 pound bags.  The backyard looks like my oasis again.

Tomorrow I am putting my umbrella up on the table and I will be eating my lunches out there again!  I am ready to enjoy the summer!

Until tomorrow...

INDEPENDENCE DAY

Happy 4th of July!  The banging and booming of fireworks is all around us.  The dogs must be getting used to the noise because they are both curled up asleep in their beds.

It was a good day of finishing tasks that needed to get done.  Haircut, food shopping, trip to Lowes to get some mulch, and some cooking.  Weird that that filled up the whole day.  I used the peaches my neighbor gave me to make a glaze that I put over vanilla soy ice cream. I can also use it on baked tofu.  I also made vegan sweet potato salad.  I mixed 1 potato with 2 sweet potatoes so it has some flavor.  It tastes delicious. It will taste better when it gets chilled.

I am having a flare I think.  Yesterday I may have overdone it working outside in the yard.  I am sore all over and my hands are killing me.  I am very tired.  I fell asleep watching the news today at 5pm.  I am going to take another Advil PM tonight and see if that will help.  Maybe another bath??

Overall it was a good day.  I really like looking at my backyard.  I just can't wait to use it.

Until tomorrow...

CLEARED OUT THE BACKYARD

It was a long day.  Got the On-Demand fixed on one of the cable boxes. Good news: the cable guy didn't charge me! Then while I was letting him out, I closed one door and turned around and I was locked out! He and I tried to break in the door but that didn't work. I had to call an emergency locksmith ( my second in two months) to drill out the lock. Last time I locked my keys in my trunk.  I guess my brain is not focused on the task at hand.  I got back in about 1.25 hours later.

I was happy because I hired a girl to help me clear out the backyard and she showed up just as I got in the house.  In three hours we went from this

To this

There is still about two or three hours of work left to do and we will finish it up this weekend. But it looks great so far.  It was a very busy day! I took a bath and fell asleep in front of the TV.

Until tomorrow...

I'M BACK

HI!  I'm back!

I went to the doctor today and found out I need to have ankle surgery again.  Yes, the same ankle!  Would you believe that people with RA have joints and ligaments that will deteriorate over time?  What?!  Who knew? No one told me! Even though I had the surgery on my ligament in May 2012, I thought that it would last a bit longer.  The jokes on me.  RA patients (obviously like me) have weakened ligaments therefore they give out easily which leads to surgeries and then deterioration to the joint.  Oh, Joy!

When the doctor moved my foot it literally moved independent of my leg.  Even she gagged when it happened.  That means the ligament is completely torn again.  She is shocked I am walking around and have been for a year.

I have a MRI on Sunday to see how bad the tear is and if I have also ruined some of the cartilage.  If the cartilage is ruined, I will need a surgery to vacuum that out first.  I received nothing but good news today!

I will give an update when I hear what the MRI report says.

Until tomorrow...
